Madinat Jumeirah

When I started bloging about architecture in Dubai; I am Quite sure that the first things that comes to everyone's mind the humongous Projects, the newest enterprises and distinctive Architecture.
Without Going into much of Details I would like to go through several landmark Projects from the prospective of an architect who were close to such edifice.

Madinat Jumeirah

I have chosen this Project to start with as it has an ancient Arab's Architecture, feels like old Arabic Market with the style of buildings all with the Sistrum above the buildings.

The Project was Designed by Creative Kindom Inc. and DSA Architects serving as Architect of Record.

The Project Consists of  three boutique hotels; Al Qasr "The Palace" Hotel, Mina A'Salam Hotel and Dar Al Masyaf; Arabic summerhouses located around the resort grounds with views of the private beach and gardens.
The Resort accommodates several facilities, and various dining options, with over 40 restaurants ranging from casual to signature dining, with some world renowned restaurants.

Colours and Design Inspired from the ancient Arabic Houses in Dubai Using the wood Works for External façade and internal walkways

Distinctive Architectural Details can be seen throughout the Photos Below

Your comments and notes are welcomed.
Looking Forward to other remarkable buildings in Dubai..
